Diners are received in the ‘Millers’ Bar (the entrance to which is from within the traditional oak shelter at the rear of Brewers Pride or via the link corridor within the pub, which is directly ahead of the front door of the pub itself) where we have a selection of continental beers (both on draught and by the bottle) as well as some great value wines. Set away from the bustle of the pub, this bar is perfect for perusing our superb a la carte menu before ordering and moving up into the restaurant; situated entirely on the first floor.

With plenty of room for up to 44 diners, the ‘Millers’ Restaurant has a traditional ‘feel’ with exposed oak purlins and roof trusses, hand-fired bricks and oak sash windows combined with more contemporary furniture, table dressing and lighting making it simply one of the finest places to eat out locally.

Part of the restaurant has been converted from the original pub building and has a more ‘private’ feel thereby making it ideal for groups of up to 14 celebrating around a single table or couples wanting a more intimate candlelit evening on one of our special ‘themed’ events. Keeping it warm and comfortable is a traditional cast iron stove set in the original fireplace – what could be better! This room is also available for private parties throughout the week and for business meetings demanding more relaxed and informal surroundings
